What do you want this next chapter of your life to look like?

You’ve spent years taking care of the people you love, meeting expectations, checking the boxes, and doing what needed to be done.

But now you may be wondering…

What do I want?

Maybe life is good, but something still feels like it’s missing. You’re ready for more joy, more purpose, more fun—or simply to feel excited about your life again.

You don’t need to have the answer yet.

Sometimes you just need a place to talk honestly about what you’re feeling, explore what’s calling you, and start listening to your own voice instead of everyone else’s.

That’s where I come in.

I help women in midlife reconnect with themselves, rediscover what lights them up, and create a next chapter that feels like theirs.

You’re not starting over.

You’re simply asking a new question:

What would I love my life to look like now?

Over the past two months, Laurie has given me the strength to power through each day living with chronic pain.  She has taught me that the mind is an extremely powerful thing.  She has provided me with valuable tools that allow me to remain positive in the midst of a challenging condition.

Maybe you can relate…

From the outside, your life may look pretty darn good.

You’ve raised a family, built relationships, worked, volunteered, taken care of people, and handled more things than you can probably count.

And you’re grateful for your life.

But somewhere along the way, you may have gotten really good at knowing what everyone else needed—and a little fuzzy about what you need.

Now there’s more space. More freedom. Maybe even more time.

And instead of automatically knowing what to do with it, you find yourself wondering:

What do I actually want?

What sounds fun to me?

What would I love to try?

What dreams have I put on the back burner?

Who am I when I’m not fulfilling a role or meeting someone else’s expectations?

You don’t need a crisis to want something more from your life.

You’re allowed to simply want more joy, meaning, connection, adventure, purpose—or something that feels like yours again.

I appreciated that Laurie worked with me and what I needed and didn’t follow an agenda. I was able to lose the overwhelm and learn to focus on the present.

Amy

You don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.

Sometimes we’re simply too close to our own lives to see what’s possible.

Having someone ask the right questions, listen without judgment, notice the patterns you may not see, and remind you of what you already know about yourself can change everything.

Together, we can explore:

✓ What you want more—and less—of in your life
✓ What brings you joy, energy, and purpose
✓ Expectations or beliefs that may be keeping you stuck
✓ Dreams and interests you’ve pushed aside
✓ What your own intuition has been trying to tell you
✓ Small ways to begin creating a life that feels more like you

You don’t need to arrive with a five-year plan.

You can start with, “I know I want something different. I just don’t know what it is yet.”

Why work with me?

Because I understand this season of life.

When my youngest child left for college, I suddenly had something I hadn’t had in a very long time—space to think about me.

I had spent years being a wife, mom, employee, volunteer, friend, daughter—all roles I loved. But when some of those responsibilities started to change, I found myself wondering:

Who am I now, and what do I want the rest of my life to look like?

That question sent me on a journey of my own.

I’ve spent years studying personal growth, spirituality, mindset, purpose, and Human Design. I’ve become a certified Spiritual Life Coach, Dharma Life Coach, Human Design Guide, and trainer in Infinite Possibilities.

But I’ve also learned something that no certification could teach me:

There isn’t one right way to create a meaningful life.

You don’t need to become a completely different person. You don’t need to discover one giant life purpose. And you certainly don’t need someone else telling you what you should do next.

Sometimes you need someone who will listen, ask good questions, help you see yourself a little more clearly—and encourage you to trust what you already know.

That’s the kind of coach I want to be for you.

Why “Living Marvelously”?

Living Marvelously was inspired by my mom, Marvel.

She died at just 66 years old, and losing her changed the way I think about time.

It reminded me that someday isn’t guaranteed.

I don’t say that to be depressing. Quite the opposite.

I believe it’s a wonderful reason to stop waiting for the perfect time to enjoy our lives.

There are still places to go, people to meet, things to learn, dreams to explore, and plenty of fun to be had.

We’re not done yet.

So, what does working together look like?

First, we talk.

No complicated process. No pressure to show up knowing exactly what you want.

You bring whatever is on your mind—the idea you can’t stop thinking about, the part of your life that feels a little flat, the dream you’ve been putting off, or simply the feeling that you’re ready for something more.

I’ll listen, ask questions, and help you sort through the noise so you can hear your own voice a little more clearly.

Depending on what you need, our conversations might include:

Rediscovering what brings you joy and energy

Exploring dreams or ideas you’ve been afraid to take seriously

Identifying expectations and beliefs that no longer fit

Finding purpose and meaning in this stage of life

Learning to trust yourself and your intuition

Creating small steps toward something you want

Using Human Design to better understand how you’re naturally wired to make decisions and move through life

And sometimes?

You may simply need a safe place to say, “I have no idea what I want.”

That’s okay too.

You don’t have to come to me with a goal.

Finding out what you want can be the goal.

We’ll make it personal to you.

I don’t believe every woman needs the same process, worksheet, or formula.

Some women want clarity. Some want accountability. Some need encouragement to finally do the thing they’ve been talking themselves out of. And some need permission to explore without knowing where it’s going to lead.

We’ll start where you are and figure out what would be most helpful from there.

“If you want to get in touch with your spiritual side and learn more about living and living well (Marvelously!) this woman will help you! She can help you reach into yourself and pull out beauty where there was only ugliness. She can help you see positive outcomes before they even arrive! She can show you how “thoughts become things” and how to start changing your thoughts!”

It was a pleasure to work with Laurie on my Dharma blueprint.  Laurie is an excellent coach. With her warmth, gentle approach, and enthusiasm, she is very easy to relax with and explore without a sense of urgency or being pushed to decide things.  The session has revved up my enthusiasm, and I have a clearer map of what will bring me even more joy and the next moves as I step forward.
