Earlier this week, I had a bad day. It started out fine, and I got a few things done, but then something triggered me, and I lost all motivation to do anything else. Have you ever had a day like that? I spent the rest of the day watching Netflix and feeling sorry for myself. I wrote in my journal, vented, and sat in my pity for a while. Once I reached the bottom of the barrel, I decided that was enough. I started reminding myself how lucky I am to live this blessed life here. I realized I could use some daily reminders that I could look at to help me improve those bad days. Once I started, it was hard to stop. This is what I came up with.
