A few things you might want to know about me…
I completed my certifications as a therapeutic art life coach, spiritual life coach, Infinite Possibilities, and Playing the Matrix certified trainer. I am also trained as a Dharma Life Coach and Human Design teacher.
My posts have been featured in TUT.com here and here and here and Making Midlife Matter here! I wrote an article for the March 2021 Daring Woman magazine here and was featured in their Woman Empowerment Series.
I published my book, The 5 Ls of Living Marvelously. now available on Amazon.
I have a BIS degree from the University of Minnesota in Sociology, Communications, and Business. I am a certified Stephen Minister.
I have been studying and learning about personal development for over 20 years.
