Can’t we all just get along?

Imagine what we could create if we spent a little more time trying to understand each other.
One thing midlife has taught me is that life becomes a lot more peaceful when we stop needing everyone to think exactly like we do. Some of the most meaningful conversations I’ve had came from listening to people whose experiences were completely different from my own.
Understanding doesn’t always change our opinions, but it often softens our hearts.
Use these work-together quotes, affirmations, and journal prompts as a reminder that even small acts of compassion can make a difference.
