A while ago, I did a meditation course with Deepak Chopra called Manifesting Grace Through Gratitude. I did not finish it for some reason, but I ran across my notes the other day. It’s such a beautiful concept, and I wanted to share what I did learn with you. Grace through gratitude helps you to tap into the power of grace to effortlessly attract more and have more to be grateful for.

Definitions of grace –

  1. Elegance or beauty of form, manner, motion, or action.
  2. A pleasing or attractive quality.
  3. A manifestation of favor, especially by a superior.
  4. In biblical terms, it means the freely given, unmerited favor and love of God. The influence or spirit of God operating in humans to regenerate or strengthen them.

When I hear the word grace, I envision beauty. When you have grace, your life seems to flow smoothly. Almost as if you were floating through life like a princess.

Grace can feel like a nurturing force of nature, like the Universe is in action to help you through life.

Every moment is filled with grace, and you feel alive when you are in the present moment.

However, most of us don’t live that way. Our ego gets in the way, and we struggle with reality. We let fear, expectations, and judgments take us out of the moment. Instead of being grateful for the lessons, we react to what life throws at us.

But there are ways to feel and see grace in our lives more often if we look for it and notice it. One way to do that is to live with gratitude. Gratitude is the secret key to shifting our awareness and returning to the present moment.

Living a life of gratitude is waking up feeling thankful for every day. Thanking God for all of the blessings in your life.

And according to the law of attraction, when you are thankful for your current blessings, you attract more blessings.

You can even be grateful for your challenges because they help you grow, learn, soften your heart, and strengthen you.

So, what does living with grace look like?

Signals of Grace in Your Life

  • You are feeling peaceful and calm.
  • Moments of joy.
  • Seeing things differently or from a different perspective than you have always seen them.
  • Someone shows you an appreciation for what you have said, done, or given.
  • Your work or troubles get a little easier to deal with.
  • Answers arrive unexpectantly.
  • Things become enjoyable and effortless.

Doesn’t that sound lovely?

When you feel stressed or unsure of your purpose, give yourself some time to find grace again.

Be aware of more opportunities to be grateful and bring more grace into your life.

How to Bring More Grace Into Your Life

  • Forgive yourself and others.
  • Just ask through prayer, meditation, or affirmations.
  • Be grateful for everything you have.
  • Live in the moment, not dwelling on the past or worrying about the future.
  • Love and serve others in your life and community.

I’ve gathered a few quotes and affirmations to help you hang on to this lesson and keep it with you. Write them in your journal or print them out.
